It is our intention to create environments that will be engaging to kids at their age level that helps to lead them to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We utilize many ministry environments to ensure that this happens. All of our teachers and ministry volunteers have completed background checks and are certified in Child and Infant CPR. In addition, we require all of our classrooms to utilize a check-in/check-out process to ensure your child is safe at all times. Nursery - Birth – 2.5 years
Infants, babies and toddlers are loved on, prayed for and cared for by qualified and committed volunteers every Sunday during both worship services. Please check in at the desk nearest the East entrance of the lobby. You will be greeted by a friendly person who will check in your child, provide a pager so we are able to let you know of any needs your child may have during your time with us and direct you to the age-appropriate nursery for your child. Our goal is to ensure that your child is cared for and you are able to worship, connect with God and connect with others.
Lil'K Groups - 2.5 years – Pre-K
Lil'K Groups meet both services on Sunday morning and are just like KidMo! Groups, but geared for the younger children. Our goal in Lil'K Groups is to ensure your kids are cared for and understand:
- God made the world
- God made me
- Jesus loves me
- Jesus wants to be my friend
Children ages 2.5–3 years are in the Preschool class and children ages 4–5 years (not in Kindergarten) are in the Pre-K class. Please let us know if you have any questions.
KidMo! Groups - K – 5th Grade
Every Sunday morning during the 10:00 service, children K-5th grade meet in a creative and exciting setting geared for each individual age group. Led by qualified group leaders and volunteers, each child learns through stories, lessons, games, crafts and activities centered around the monthly virtue that is emphasized in fx.
By the time your children exit 5th grade, we want them to know and understand
- I can trust God no matter what
- I need to make the wise choice
- I need to treat others the way I want to be treated
