We believe intentional relationships are part of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. That's why we put so much emphasis on our small groups and why they are such an important part of our discipleship strategy. In a small group, people study God's word together and talk about the issues and challenges they are facing. It's also where we pray together, care for one another, and serve the people in our greater community.
Practically speaking, the pastoral staff will never be able to meet every single need of everyone who attends our church(we don’t even believe it’s biblical that they do!) That's why small groups are so important to us. It's how we minister effectively to each other.
